Encrypted or public messaging and peer-to-peer networks (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, torrent networks, file-sharing clouds, or cyberlockers);
Broadcast and public channels (terrestrial, satellite, cable, or web-based television, radio, IPTV, and public performance venues);
Synthetic media and Artificial Intelligence systems (utilizing any Jigar Studio audio, vocal stems, lyrics, or visuals to train, fine-tune, or synthesize outputs via Generative AI models without an express commercial license).
Derivative Works, Remixes & Edits: Creating, hosting, or distributing derivative works—including unauthorized DJ remixes, slowed-and-reverbed versions, speed-up edits, mashups, lofi versions, instrumental recreations, or unauthorized cover versions—is a direct infringement of copyright.
Automated Enforcement & Legal Remedies: Jigar Studio enforces its rights via global content identification systems, fingerprinting networks, digital rights management (DRM), and automated claim registries. Any unauthorized distribution will face immediate copyright strikes, takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Indian IT laws, statutory monetary claims, or criminal remedies under applicable intellectual property statutes.

6. Unsolicited Creative Submissions (Demos & Pitches)
